AI-Enabled Clinical Decision Support at Scale
As Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer of ThinkMD, Dr. Finette led the clinical development, validation, and multi-country deployment of an AI-enabled clinical decision support and data insights platform used by frontline health workers across fragile and resource-limited settings. The platform is aligned with WHO's IMCI, IMPC framework and supported millions of patient evaluations across Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia.
Gates Foundation-Funded Global Health Innovation
Principal Investigator on more than $3.3 million in direct Gates Foundation grants focused on AI-enabled digital health solutions for primary care delivery globally. This work produced peer-reviewed evidence in top-tier scientific journals and contributed to WHO-level policy discussions on AI governance and clinical care.
